Memory planning: assess spot indicators and module quotations separately

The current weekly brief describes a lag between spot movement and module pass-through.

When raw or spot indicators change, a qualified module quotation can differ because of specification, packaging, quality controls, logistics, and project volume.

For internal planning, maintain two fields: market observation for context and a confirmed RFQ quote for a decision. This keeps approvals clear and traceable.
